How do I record that it was done?

Open the item and tap "Done" at the bottom, or swipe the item to the right in Recent or in a space. To record an earlier time, touch and hold "Done" and choose "Add an earlier record". Settings → Confirm Done decides whether a confirmation pops up first.

How do I share with my family?

Create a shared space on the Spaces tab, open it, and use "⋯ → Members" to add friends or create an invitation link to send with LINE, Messages and the like. Adding people shares only that space; "My records" is only ever visible to you.

What do the four permissions mean?

Owner: manages members, invitations and space settings. “Edit & record”: adds and changes items and categories, and can change anyone's records. “Record only”: records "done" and changes their own records. “View only”: can only look.

How soon do other people's records show up?

CoAgo syncs automatically while open; pull down to update right away. What you record offline is sent once you are back online.

My reminder did not appear

Turn on both Me → Settings → Reminders and the item's reminder; the item needs an interval and at least one record, and iOS Settings must allow CoAgo's notifications. Reminders are gentle nudges, not alarms.

How do I leave or hand over a space?

On the Spaces tab, swipe the space to the left or touch and hold it, and choose "Leave space". An owner leaving picks someone with “Edit & record” to take over; without one the space can only be deleted.

How do I sign in to the same account with Apple, Google or LINE?

Sign in the way you first used, then link the others under Me → Sign-in methods. Different emails are fine: whichever you use, it is the same account.

How do I block or report someone?

In Friends, a friend request or a space's members, swipe the person to the left or touch and hold, and choose "Block" or "Report". People you block can no longer send you friend requests or add you to spaces, and your friendship ends. To report a space, open it and choose "⋯ → Report". To report a record (its note or photo), open it in the item's history and choose "Report this record". Unblock under Me → Settings → Blocked people. We review every report.

How do I delete my account?

Under Me → Delete account. It cannot be undone; see the Privacy Policy for details. If you cannot sign in, write to us.

Do tips unlock anything?

No, tips only support CoAgo's development. Apple handles the payment; for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can CoAgo remind me to take medicine?

You can keep medicine as a life record: when it was last taken and who helped. CoAgo is not a medical tool and gives no advice about dosage, missed doses or stopping; ask a doctor or pharmacist.
